Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket, led by Mr. Peter Komposch, General Manager, organises the annual team building excursion in Phang Nga as a reward to all employees for their passion and dedication. By providing useful training and team building activities throughout the event, Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket aims to create inspiration and strengthen relationship within the organisation under the company’s vision, to create a unique experience for the guests.
As part of the excursion, Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket’s executives organised team building activities which were specifically designed and created to promote discipline, increase motivation and create a better understanding between colleagues. With the large number of participants, this team building excursion was divided into four groups. Each group spent five days at one of the most classic resorts in Phang Nga while enjoying the group activities organised by Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket’s executives.
‘As we realised how important teamwork is, we always encourage our staff to build a strong working environment through the team building excursion. The main objective of running this activity every year is not only to enhance the communication and collaboration among us, but also to show appreciation to our staff for their outstanding performance that they have provided to Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket and to all guests throughout the year,’ said Mr. Peter Komposch, General Manager of Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket.
