Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket participates in ‘Thai Food and Cultural Festival’ in Bangladesh to showcase the royal Thai cuisine on the world stage. By attending this seven-day fair, Mr. Vichan Pachararoongroj, and Mr. Boonram Kamchuy, the chefs from Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket surprise all guests with the secret of Thai cuisine at Radisson Water Garden Hotel Dhaka in Bangladesh held from July 12 – 18, 2010.

Organised by the Royal Thai Embassy in Dhaka, and Thai Airways International, all visitors at ‘Thai Food and Cultural Festival’ enjoyed the experience of the sophisticated and authentic Thai food together with live performance by professional Thai dancers. The highlight menus created by Ruen Thai restaurant’s chefs from Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket included Nam Prik Goong Siab (Phuket style dipping sauce served with boiled and fresh vegetables), Tom Yam Goong (traditional sour and spicy soup with prawns), and Tom Kha Gai (coconut soup with chicken and galangal).
